The Challenge:
Expanding the 4th-floor pool terrace within Cartagena’s strictly regulated UNESCO Historic Center. The project required increasing the outdoor lounge and sun deck capacity without altering the centuries-old colonial facade or disrupting the daily VIP guest experience.

We executed a high-precision structural intervention. By utilizing lightweight, modular decking systems and specialized structural reinforcements, we seamlessly extended the usable square footage of the terrace while strictly complying with all heritage conservation laws.
